Training

JCSys Ltd is in a position to draw upon the significant level of knowledge and experience vested within the Company for the purpose of developing and delivering high quality bespoke CIS/TDL briefing packages. In addition to our standard ‘Introduction to TDL’ packages, material can be developed as appropriate for specific stakeholders from high level decision makers, through procurement staff and engineers to the operational community, covering topics that are pertinent to such roles.

The JCSys team spans both technical and operational areas and hence we are able to draw upon our resources as appropriate to different audiences. Whilst this is so, our main focus is specific to the provision of an effective operational capability for the end user. We retain our operational focus through different means, one of which is through a member of our team who provides support to the Sea King ASaC community in the operational role of Royal Navy Observer, as part of JCSys’ commitment to the Reserve Forces. Our team member is currently the regular Link 16 staff instructor for Sea King ASaC trainees undergoing the Operational Conversion Phase of flying training on 849 Naval Air Squadron.
