Enterprise Architecture Training
The JCSys EA team has a significant number of years of training experience, covering course design, development and delivery. The combination of highly trained instructors and superior EA practitioners enables JCSys to offer high quality, bespoke training ranging from EA Framework fundamentals to more detailed Framework/Toolset practitioner courses.
EA training can be tailored to a specific audience, from high level decision makers,
through to procurement staff, engineers and the operational community, thereby ensuring that the material is appropriately focussed and
relevant.
JCSys EA Consultants will endeavour to meet client's requirements by creating bespoke
training courses, using a selected toolset in combination with a specified EA Framework
of choice.
As well as providing seperate framework (e.g. MODAF) and toolset training we also offer courses that combine the use of a toolset with a
framework in the context of a real scenario. These scenario based training courses effectively demonstrate the principles of EA using real world examples, where the trainees model a small ‘thread’ using a tailored set of EA views and relationships enabling them to apply the theoretical knowledge practically.
These courses can be tailored to particular customer specific scenarios. Through our courses we strive to deliver effective training
to the students in order to transfer valuable knowledge and practical skills, thereby reinforcing EA concepts and principles.
