Support to Fielding

The JCSys team has the wherewithal to assist its customers during the introduction to operational service of CIS/TDL system solutions.

Once fielded, any major system will go through extensive in-service trials and operational evaluation.   Experience has shown that SMEs are often required to support this process, ensuring that the use of the system is optimised to the delivered implementation, identifying any required system upgrades or technical/ operational 'work-arounds' that may be necessary to maximise operational performance.

This also includes advice relating to TDL infrastructure aspects such as Support Systems and Network Management that are fundamental to the operational employment of the system solution.
